Hear Native American Stories

Native American culture has always highlighted the tradition of proudly caring for the warrior. To this day, Native Americans maintain a centuries-old legacy of honoring and serving those who have served.

At VA, our mission is no different. That's why we are committed to adding more Native American health care professionals into our workforce to strengthen our commitment to our nation's Veterans.

The videos on this page feature Native American VA employees from a variety of tribes, backgrounds and occupations. Learn about their experiences and their deep sense of pride in the role they play carrying out VA's mission in the videos to the right.
