James serves as a national healthcare recruitment consultant for mission critical health care providers for VHA facilities in Illinois and Wisconsin. James also advises executive and clinical leaders, hiring officials, and human resources managers on recruitment industry trends and best practices.
Previously, James worked as a national healthcare recruitment consultant providing recruitment support for nine VA Medical Centers and 48 community-based outpatient clinics in the Midwest. Prior to that, he worked as a healthcare recruiter at the VA Eastern Kansas Health Care System and as a senior recruiter with Spherion and Black & Veatch. James retired from the Air Force after 20 years of service, eight years of which were spent in recruitment.
